With over two decades of experience, Susan founded CRT in 2010 to address the growing need for conflict resolution and mediation skills across various sectors, including businesses, mental health, and legal professions.
Since then CRT has expanded its reach, offering nationwide training, certification, and tailored professional development programs. Programs developing essential skills such as managing difficult conversations and promoting empathy.
