After sixteen years of working with newly certified professionals, CRT understands that many professionals do not struggle with the mediation itself, but rather - how to let people know they are offering mediation and conflict resolution services.
CRT has begun to offer the additional support its graduates need to get started by promoting them on a CRT website page called "Our Professionals."
And because technology changes daily and can be difficult to navigate when creating a profile, CRT will create a biography video that showcases each graduate included on the "Our Professionals" page. You need only provide a headshot and three to five lines of text that you'd like included in your biography and CRT will take care of the rest. The creation of your personal Biography Video is included in the monthly fee of $21.95 - for graduates only.
Beginning now - any graduate of a Conflict Resolution Training Certificate program, may immediately begin promoting their mediation services and other related offerings to everyone who visits the CRT website - and anyone who is directed there through CRT's daily marketing efforts.
This CRT support service gives our graduates added visibility and connects them with the many people who visit the Conflict Resolution Training website. It also allows our graduates to engage with our broader community on an ongoing basis.
This CRT support service for graduates is another "first" in mediation training - making CRT the first training company to offer this level of post-certificate assistance to graduates.
